How To Treat Severe Sunburns On Stomach, arms And Legs?

I got a severe sunburn on the top side of my legs, arms, and stomach. My stomach is the worst, followed by legs, then arms. My feet are not sunburnt because I wore water shoes and both my feet ate swollen. The right foot is way more swollen. My feet both feel weird and heavy and a little bit of pain shooting through my feet. Its day 4 after initial sunburn day. WHY ARE MY FEET SWOLLEN AND SHOULD I BE CONCERNED? Also my stomach, which is the worst sunburn ever, is hurting as if the burn is deep inside my stomach.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of sunburn, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
