How To Treat Side Effects Of Taking Abortion Pills?

took abortions twice with pills from last 2 weeks, suggested by marie stopes, 1st medication taken in 1st september and last taken 16th december, 1st time i got some vaginal itching and infections but it gone then and now after 16th december everything seemed going normal, i had even menz 3days ago but i got scared when i found myself badly bleeding with pure fresh blood and today morning and all gone wrong, i m now feeling so sick that i m unable to move anywhere. plz help me with that

HI,
Abortion pills are emergency contraceptives, to avoid conception.They consist of high dose of hormones.
The hormones tend to increase vaginal secretions ,.In case of genital un hygiene, fungal infection may set in to cause itching-as was with you after first course.
Usually withdrawal bleeding starts after the pills within 8-15 days of taking.You did not get it, & so you consumed another dose of the pill (without verifying cause of absent withdrawal)-
Two consecutive doses of high dose pills brought about Hormonal imbalance.This is the cause for your profuse bleeding this time.
You need-
- An internal examination & consultation by a Gynecologist. Few investigations will be needful- Blood counts including Hb%,bleeding -clotting time,USG abdomen to exclude/diagnose certain conditions like-missed abortion/uterine fibroids,PCOD.
- this will be followed by specific treatment.
Till then,
Take rest, have light nutritive food,
Pills like CVP gynae to control bleeding.
Take calcium supplement to relieve weakness.
Get a gynecologist's appointment & proceed as directed earlier.
