My granddaughter(13 years old) was just diagnosed yesterday by her dr. with a severe sinus infection, but by another name. She had infected mucus coming out of her eyes; the dr. said because the sinus cavities were too full and there was no where else for it to go. What type of sinus infection is this? She is on a strong antibiotic for 2 weeks.
