Your symptoms point towards angina. Though not very common in your age group it is a possibility. The medicines helping you with the symptoms highly suggests a heart problem. Please note there may be no positive tests and yet you may have angina. So I recommend get a stress test and an ecg done. If they are normal then you may need to start with heart exercises and some drugs. With this hopefully your condition will improve. Kindly consult a cardiologist. Do note that acidity can mimic chest pain but is very unlikely from the symptoms you described. Hope this helps.
