How To Treat Sunburn Like Redness Of Arms And Shoulders?

I have a sunburn-like redness on both arms going from wrist to shoulders. No itching, but burning sensation like a sunburn and the palms of my hands burn as well. I have had laryngitis, headache and a cough for about three days. This appeared today.
