How To Treat Swollen Eyelids After Having Eyebrows Tattooed?
I just had my eyebrows permanently tattooed......after the third day, I am experiencing some swollen eyelids....I have been putting neosporin on them (as per the technician), should I now switch to just vasoline or aquaphore? I have iced the lids, but the swelling has not gone down.
