How To Treat The 39c Fever And The Related Rash In A 3 Year Old?
Nearly 3 years old. Temperature approx 39C most of last 24 hrs. Goes down briefly after calpol/ ibuprofen and cool flannel to head. Has kept down few sips water but often sick on waking. Sleeping most of time tho perks up for hr or so every now and again. Mottled rash when temperature rises.

Hallo .Thank you for asking this question . For fever , give medicine in proper doses and do normal water sponging . But you mention - mottled rashes means perfusion of body is affected .
