How To Treat The Acne Found In The Inner-side Of The Cheek?
Hello Dr., i m living in UAE, i have acne in cheek innerside, doctor has suggested me to take Doxylag100mg+Actipur, Doctr asked me 1st to operate, but i refused,,,,, in alternate he gave me medicine.... what u say that wy i has such acne that need to operate? is there any other remedy? except surgery?

Which part of the UAE are you living in? I know almost all the deramtologists' there as i spent the better part of a decade between August 2001 & July 2012 in Abu-Dhabi at various establishments.
If the doctor has asked you to operate, it must mean it is something like an infected sebaceous cyst or cystic nodular acne..not a simple acneiform lesion.
Various factors will have to be taken into account before such a surgery least of all the doctor's expertise & the risk of post surgical scarring & the cost. Are you a diabetic? Howold are you; could you please upload a clear digital image of the lesion & use the secure private consultation (premier segment of HCM) & get in touch with me or any other dermatologist of your choice using this HCM portal. In the interim, please continue with the antibiotic & let us see what happens in a week. Lasers' are another option depending again on the type, availability, cost & doctor's expertise.
