How To Treat The Back Pain?

I am 46years old, 168cm tall and weighs around 60kgs. I am suffering from lower back pain which started when I was serving in the army from 2002 to 2008. the pain is much more worse in winter. This time I am also experiencing pins and needles in my testacles which is very uncomfortable. Can you help me please?

All of your symptoms are caused by lumbar arthritis.
The treatment of this condition contains non steroidal anti inflammatory medications.

But before starting the treatment you should confirm the diagnosis.
To do that you need a lumbar X-ray and Ct-scan.
