How To Treat Tummy Pain?

my 22 days old baby is suffering from tummy pain and not passed stool for ~20 hours. I asked whether colic aid is better, however Doctor suggested crocin drops. Could you suggest please if crocin drops are safe to apply when suffering from colic pain ?

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Crocin drops are safe but not going to cure tummy pain manytimes.
*Better give colicaid drops , can put Pediatric Dulcolax suppository at anal
opening for quick relief from loaded rectum.
*More important along with this is to give 30 minutes time for burping after
every feeding ( keep the baby in your forearm with head over your
shoulder & don`t let to put inside bed / cradle -- most vital part
manytimes neglected
