my wife is suffering from urticaria she usually faces problem of rashes on hands, face, legs due to which she is facing bad nights.she is not able to take proper sleep due to this problem.the problem is from last 7 years . please suggest some way out or how to get it treated.
If a person comes to my clinic with urticaria, I would prescribe antihistaminic tablets like fexofenadine 180 mg to be taken daily at night continuously for 3 weeks. If improvement doesn't occur the I would change the antihistaminic tablet or would increase the dose.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
