How To Treat Weird Churning Feeling In Stomach And Vomiting?
I have a weird churning feeling in my stomach and it keeps feeling like its going to come up, it started about an hour and a half ago and i usually don t get this type of feeling. I have emetophobia(fear of vomiting) and i was wondering how to make my stomach feel better, and maybe relax the churning and preventing myself from throwing up
You may take any Prokinetic drug, such as, Metoclopramide or Itopride, 30min before meals, along with an anti-acid drug, such as Lansoprazole or Rabeprazole once a day before breakfast.
If you have chronic anxiety, a course of anti-anxiety drug will give tremendous relief in both conditions.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and will prescribe treatment as advised.
