Hi, today me and 2 of my friends were outside on the sidewalk, and they decided to pick me up and one friend had me at the arms and one had me at the feet . I started to kick up and down so he would let go and he dropped my foot and i was kicking so my heel slammed really hard into solid concrete. Putting any form of pressure on it hurts like crazy, so I m limping on my toes. Help??
After reading your post it seems that you might have got soft tissue injury. I would suggest that you should first go for an X-ray of your foot(AP, Lateral and Oblique view) and get yourself examined clinically.
Painkillers like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg will help in decreasing your pain. Cold compress can be helpful for initial 1-2 days of injury. Local application of pain relieving gel will be helpful.
Avoid putting pressure on the injured foot. Do not wear hard shoes till completely cured.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
