Hurting Legs On The Back Of Knee, Unable To Walk. Reasons ?
Hi, today in the afternoon my leg started hurting to point that I barely can walk. The part of the leg that hurts is the back of my knee . I can t bend it. The pain came out of no where and I m not sure if I should go to the doctor or let it heal on it s own. Can someone please tell me why my knee is hurting and what should i do. Its so weird because I never have knee problems.
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Sudden appearance of pain at the back of the knee could be due to a muscle spasm or a muscle sprain. Most of the times such minor spasms subside on doing adequate rest and hot fomentation., You can also apply a local analgesic gel on the area.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
