Hurts To Lightly Rub The Back, Shoulders, Neck Glands. What Could This Be?

I started having back pains 2 weeks ago. On Friday I went to urgent care and that doctor diagnosed my back pain to be sciatica . I went to my PCP and he doesnt think it is my sciatic nerve at all instead he thinks it to be sacriolliac joint . Today my pain has spread all over my body. It hurts to lightly rub my back, shoulders, neck glands. What else should i get tested for?

Pain all over the body and hurts on light touch may not be due to anatomical reason. Sometimes our brain becomes more sensitive to the pain and we started felling it all over. Please try antiinflammatory with muscle relaxants with local ice and gel application. Thanks.
