Hypotensive Therapy For Giant Aneurysm

I was diagnosed with a giant cerebral aneurysm and I was wondering what hypotensive therapy entails and if it might be an option. I went to the hospital for a severe headache, and the subsequent CT scans, MRA s, and MRI s revealed the aneurysm. They performed an angiogram , and after the angiogram they informed me that the Aneurysm had thrombosed . I was released directly from the ICU the following day and for the last 3 weeks have experienced headaches and tiredness everyday. Thank you in advance for any help or advice.
