Hypothyroidism And Fibroid Growth. Low Hemoglobin Levels. Need A Healthy Diet Plan
Hi, I am 41 yrs female. I am suffering from hypothyroidism and fibroid growth.My height is 5.3" .I am very frail and thin bodied person.My weight is 40 kgs. What is the diet plan i should follow to keep my health allright. Sometimes i feel weak and tired.My haemoglobin level is low,iron is low and calcium is low.So now iam taking iron,vitamin c and calcium tablets as directed by my doctor.I am a home maker so i do household work all by myself.No helper or maid. I don't do any exercise and rarely go out in sun. Please suggest me correct diet.

Apple,cherry,tomato,black grapes,bit are helpful to increase hemoglobin. Milk,banana and other dairy products are helpful to increase calcium.take morning sun bath. Consult a good dietitian for better guidance.
