I Am 23 Years Old. What Should Be My Average Heart ?

I am 23 years old. What should be my average heart rate? My heart rate tonight was 116... Is that low , normal or high. I am 23 and have so much going on right now in my life. Stress is the word that would describe my whole life right now. And the fact I was recently raped and attempted suicide three times since the rape. And I am getting my results tomorrow. So is a heart rate of 116 ok ?
