i am 27yrs unmrd grl,my weight is 41. i have been found some sticky transperent liquid type substance sometime whity also in my internal part.what to do and why this is happening?

If u r not sexually active, nothing to worry. There will always be some discharge in vagina just like saliva in mouth. u can use V- wash for perineal area hygeine
