I Am 45 Yrs Old & Having Thyroid Problem. Hemoglobin And Platelet Count Levels Were Also Below Normal Level. What Will You Recommend For My Symptoms ?
Atul nigam-45 yrs-175cm height-75 kg weight Thyroid was discovered recently with TSH-levels as high as 166. Medicinal course is undertaken. Hemoglobin and platelet count levels were also below normal level. Still there is no sound sleep and problems like anxiety, hypertension etc.any recommendations ?

For your symptoms, you require benzodizepine group of drugs like diazepam or alprazole to relieve you anxiety and it will also allow you to sleep well.
For hypertension and palpitation you should start beta blocker drugs under medical supervision.

As you have recently diagnosed thyroid,you continue the treatment gradually your problems will become alright.
Do follow up after 6 months and after further blood checking any change in the dosage can be made.
For low haemoglobin you can take Iron tablet.
