General & Family Physician, Dr. P. Mahesh's Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Traveling by bus in early pregnancy does carry a small risk. But if you have no previous history of early pregnancy abortion / bleeding, you may go for the tour, but do not exert yourself too much.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Sheetal's Response
Hi,
It is not advisable to travel during the first trimester of pregnancy unless absolutely necessary.
If you must travel, you can do so in the second trimester (between 3 to 6 months of pregnancy). This is considered a relatively safe period to travel.
However, do consult your gynecologist to make sure that you do not have any problem that may put you or your baby at a risk during travel.
