You are most probably having an allergic reaction. You are allergic to something in your room. In case you are sleeping on cotton mattresses please change to foam mattresses. Important to identify the allergen and remove it from your vicinity; only then you'll be ok. Till then oral antihistamines and a mild topical steroid drop will help
