do visit dentist every 3-6 months, when required.
and yes, make a habit of brushing twice daily.
thank you
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic,
Chewing of Gutka and Pan Parag causes definitive staining of teeth. It has other adverse effects on your body and a leading cause for Oral Cancer. I strongly recommend that you discontinue the use of such products.
To remove the stains you can get scaling and polishing done from a local dentist. However sometimes it is difficult to get rid of stains by scaling & polishing alone. So, you can opt for bleaching of teeth (Like Zoom!), or veneering of teeth with ceramic or composite material may help you look your teeth stain free.
Thank you & hope it helps.
Panparag and other such products contains heavily staining compounds and have high content of tobacco also..These coloring agents interact with the structure of the tooth substance and thus cause discoloration of the tooth..This is known as intrinsic staining which will not go by normal brushing or teeth cleaning techniques like scaling etc..They can be reduced to a considerable extent by in office bleaching ..But if you are extremely conscious of your looks and lots of staining is there, then you can also go for venners and lumineers...These will give you excellent esthetics which can never be achieved by bleaching also...
And lastly I'll advice you to quit such habits forever.....
thanks.....
Dear xue,
Bleaching can help you get rid of such stains. But its not guaranteed if the stains are too much. If bleaching doesn't help, than the best option for you is to get your front teeth veneered. Veneers are very thin, made of porcelain. You can ask your dentist to design such veneers that can enhance your smile and cover all stains, irregularities like spaces etc. The best thing about veneers is: they won't stain even if you continue your pan parag habit. But they are costly.
I advice you to quit pan parag asap 'cos it can give you many irreversible ailments in your mouth. Worry about your health more than these stains. Its your health, its your choice.
welcome to healthcaremagic
the staining is due to pan pareg
if you can not leave it it will persist
consult dentist staining can be removed by some procedure but it will form again
best will be quit panparag
tobbacco is known for its carcinogenic effect
hope you stay healthy
Hi! Tobacco chewing, especially the prolonged habit, causes brownish to black stains in teeth. First of all try to quit this habit. Begin with reducing the intake of tobacco and steadily leaving the habit. This way you might not suffer from withdrawal symptoms.
To remove the tobacco stains, visit a dentist and undergo ultrasonic scaling. This will remove the stains, but maintain proper oral hygiene afterwards. Proper and regular toothbrushing twice daily is also must. I hope this information will be of help.
Hi, habits are hard to change. But it is always better to make a firm decision if you want to save yourself from the embarassment. try replacing pan parag with mint or chewing gum. you can change the habit slowly. after you have stopped the habit, please go for a whitening procedure. The stains will not go otherwise. you need a chemical treatment. Please consult a dentist for the procedure. Take care!
welcome to HCM,
tobacco chewing is every way injurious to health of body and teeth.start to reduce the habit or chew some chewing gums.. treatment that can help cut off tr stains is scaling followed by polishing.. get it done and don't have tobacco for at least that day.
thanks

hello,
pan stains cant be removed by brushing alone, you should go for a scaling (cleaning the deposits and stains) and quit the habit of pan chewing . if you dont quit pan chewing then you will need scaling done once in 3 months. choice is yours either freaquent scaling or a good scaling with quitting pan to maintain a good oral hygiene. take care.
guthka chewing causes extrinsic staining of teeth.these stains can be easily removed by professional cleaning of your teeth.some times if the stains are severe your dentist may reccomend you to go for bleaching of your teeth.please consult your nearest dentist and get your teeth cleaned.
go to doc he will sctatch and remove the dirt on your teeth, polish it and get back the shine which you had earlier. for that to happen first you leave pan parag and start drinking milk
Discoloration occurs due to prolong eating Pan parag . These stains can be removed by professional cleaning of the teeth i.e scaling.
Visit your dentist and undergo Scaling.
Quit your habit. Instead of pan masala you can take Ilaychi, Toffies or chewing gums.
