I Am Having Headachs And Dizziness After Diagnosis Of Vascular Malformations

Hi, I had stroke like syptoms and i had to go get a mri. i have been diagnost with a vascular malformations in the back of my brain and started getting really bad headachs and dizzyness and now i am starting to get really bad muscle spasms in my back to wear it takes my breathe away at night when i am sleeping so i am up all night long. Is it related to the vascular malformation
