I Am Having Pain After Osteochondritis Dissecans Operation
hello, i have osteochondritis dissecans ive had an operation, but the cartilage was still intact so the surgeon didn't remove it. I've been in so much pain for about 6 months now its been preventing me from going out and i was just wondering if there's anything i could take or do to relieve the pain, also it really hurts when i touch it, walk and its swollen.

osteochondritis can easily treat without surgery in ayurveda.
any way you should away from cold atmosphere now or it will worsen
