I Am In Perimenopause. Getting Regular Periods And Belly Ache. Is It Normal? What Should I Do?
I m 48, peri-menapausal with recent weight gain , esp in belly. still getting regular periods but have belly aches with bloating . Is it normal to be getting belly aches with peri-menapause? I ve changed diet and exercise to be healthier. also, is there anything I can do (besides diet and exercies) to help with belly fat and belly aches?

Pain around belly may not related to menopause, Pain could be due to start of exercise. Give rest for few days, if pain doesn't relieve need to get examined for cause.
