Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a hockey player we got skated today and towards the last lap my legs immediately began to crap I was not tired but could not go further due to the cramping I then had a metal taste in my mouth and got dizzy What does this mean I am 18 years old and a female. I attend a boarding school where I play hockey every morning and work out after school everyday therefore I am exercising A LOT. We also have up to 3-5 games a weekend. Our season started in September and I have been having a fatigue problem for a great majority of the season. My legs cramp up, I feel dizziness , and sometimes have small dificulty breathing. I no longer know what to do for I have tried many things. I went to the doctor and got an ECHO on my heart along with blood tests for anemia and low iron. Everything came back ok and I did not have any of these problem. What do I do?! Please help.

thanks for choosing health care magic. You are having life of a good sports person so first of all congratulation for the same.See when ever your play a sports like hockey you tend to sweet a lot,you loose electrolytes into it and i think that is your problem.Drink nimbu pani, some fruit juice, coconut water during the day.Take apple and banana daily you may be having some vitamin deficiency like vit-e,so this can be taken care of by this.Keep your self hydrating and you will not have any problems.
