I Am Suffering From Upper Back Pain From Last Six Years And I Am Almost Living With Pain Everyday

muscle knot (trigger point)and upper back pain and t6 t7 t8 spine pain sir i am working infront of computer. i am suffering from upper back pain from last six years and i am almost living with pain everyday. there are muscle knots between my spine and shoulder blades. and also pain in my spine ( thoracic curve t6,t7 and t8)sharp pain. i do take, myotherapy from dr deepak sharan s team but in vain.they do elbow deep press on these muscle knots, it gives only temporary relief. please advice me how can i come out from this pain

HELLO... AS U HAVE EXPLAINED UR PROB IS DUE TO STRESS N UR BACK AS U WORK ON COMPUTER FOR LONG DAYS...
WHT U NEED IS A GOOD PHYSIOTHERAPIST WHO IS GOOD ON HANDS ON MANUAL THERAPY..
U NEED MYOFASCIAL RELEASE FOR A WEEK, APPLY HOT PACK..THEN DO STRETCHING AND STRENGTHENING EXERCISES..
THAT WILL HELP U OUT..
AFTER THAT U NEED TO CHANGE IN WORK STATION AND UR POSTURE WHICH IS THE CAUSE OF UR PAIN..

thank you for choosing healthcare magic,
your back pain is probably due to narrowed spinal canal or slipped disc.it is wise to be treated medically first.for pain, you may use naproxen or ibuprofen for 10-15 days.also try gabapentin(300mg),pregabalin (75mg) for neuralgic pain.Do a x ray of dorso lumber spine and if possible MRI of dorso lumber spine. it will provide information regarding present condition and extent of lesion.
