I Am Taking Otc Sinus Pills And Netti Pot For Sinus Problem
sinus problem clogged up 1 week puffy eye same side and bright light bother my left eye have been taking otc sinus pills and netti pot what else please help thanks .

have steam with euclyptus leaves boiled in it. add turmeric to your milk and boil it take it hot. avoid coldthings and exposure to cold

Hi,michael,you seems to have infection related to upper respiratory tract.Please avoid taking cold liquids and fried foods.Take light diet,more liquids,hot ones are better.OTC drugs helps to a certain extent,beyond certain days you need to see your doctor if not getting help from it.take care
