I Am Using Acnil Cream For Pimples, How Long Should I Wait For Result ?

I am 16 year old girl and I am getting pimples in my face. It also pains sometimes. Currently I am using Acnil cream. How long should I wait to see the results?

Hallo.
This is the common skin disease for teenagers.
The pimples caused by oil getting trapped in the pores. Inside the pore are sebaceous glands which
produce sebum.
White head, black head are the two types in this categary. when the outer layer of skin shed the dead skin cells left behind may became " GLUED " together by the sebum. This causes the blockage in the pores.Ssbum harbours various bacteria causing infection and inflamation.
Keep good hygiene and washing the skin areas with neutral cleansers.
Apply sandal wood powder mixed with neem leaf juice tiwice daily.
