Hi, welcome to HCM. You need complete check up to find out the underlying cause. Cough for more than three weeks can be due to pulmonary tuberculosis, it can be associated with loss of apetite and fatigue. You must visit a doctor to get your blood tests and chest x ray done. The loss of appetite is related to it but could also be due to gastritis which can be treated with antacids like pantoprazole taken twice daily on empty stomach. Wish you good health.
welcome to hcm,
the problems with regards to appetite and other gasttro problem are lying in your stomach.there is complete dryness in the stomach, intestines.AS such you have lubricate the parts.the great acidity.you are adviced to lfeed with natural oil lubrications..you are reqiured to lessen your diet such as oily.spicy food.liquify your diet to very maximum.allow liquid water, milk,
please take olive oil+milk sweetened after first meal and olmond oil +milk sweetend at bed time.one teaspoon ful for each oil and dose each time
I assume that you will get comforts within two weeks..if it works wiell then use for two month for a good permanat care, you require no other medicine of any kind.

Hi
Dear your tiredness is due to anorexia as there is no proper digestion so vitals are not available to body leading to exhaustion. This results in lowering of bodily immunity and making it more succeptible to infections like sore throat. Keep bowel clean, have some exercise and light diet along with appetiser or liver tonic.
hi,thanks for query.3 weeks is preety long time, you need to go for proper examination like examination by your doctor, blood counts, blood sugar, urine examination and if needed an x ray of chest. Please do not ignore this, there are chances of some infection mostly in your respiratory tract which needs to be treated properly.Take diet, more of liquids and take proper rest.
wishing you good health.
Go for a sputum test in a govt. / private hospital in your locality ....consult a physician of medicine / TB & chest ....it may be any lower respiratory tract infection & be sure that it's not pulmonary tuberculosis......thanks
