I Feel Pains In My Chest Area By My Heart Off And On. Do You Think I Have Heart Problems?

I feel pains in my chest area by my heart off and on. Sometimes i feel a sharp pain for a few seconds. Sometimes i also feal the pain only when i move. I am a healthy 15 year old male. Do you think this could be heart problems or just chest wall pain? This started when i hit puberty.

It appears to be a simple myalgia chest and not a heart problem, provided you do not suffer from a congenital heart or MS. You may please get checked up with your doctor to exclude the same.
