I Get A Tension Headache But My MRI Report Is Normal

I ve been having headaches on and off for two months. I had an MRI LAST MONTH without contrast. It came up normal. I feel at times a pulsating/ muscle spasm kinda feeling in nthe bback of my head....could the MRI have missed something? And then after this feeling I get a tension headache not terrible pain but moderate. Is there anything I should be worried about?

Thankyou for choosing health care magic. I would recommend you to make a diary of your headache symptoms like location of your pain , diurnal variation , relief with medication and associated symptoms like nausea ,vomitings, blurring of vision. After 2 weeks you can visit your neurologist with your dairy. So that he can diagnose your condition accurately and give proper recommendations.
