I Got A Lump In My Neck And It Is Painful

Hi, my name is Carson. I am 21 years old and today I have noticed a rather small lump or something in the right side of my neck about halfway between the shoulder and the ear. I am experiencing some sort of muscle pain when I try to move my head around to the right side. Nevertheless, it is concerning me. Additionally, in the past week I hadn t been taking one of my daily medications which is Pristiq; the other being Seroquel for anxiety disorders. Consequently, I went through what the pharmacist described as withdrawal symptoms . These symptoms included extreme tiredness , lethargy , nightmares and shooting pains in my lower back. I am not sure if this is of any particurlar relevance, but I though I would include such details anyway. The main concern however, is the lump in my neck.
