I had maxi facial surgery on my jaw 4 years ago on my jaw and when I yawn now to wide it feels like my jaw is dislocated and brings me to tears for like 30 seconds

it is nothing to do with the surgery which has occured some 4 years back. it seems to be more of an temporomandible dysfunction. get it examined by the ENT surgeon. he will examine and guide you in the appropriate manner about the next plan of management.
