I used to get prescibed 5x 10/325 percocets a day from my rheumotologist. He released me do to the fact that i took a morphine which was prescribed over a year ago because I ran out of the percocet...now I am battling to get back on any pain medication which will keep me at my job. Hi, it says that you have P.T. and got it treated, so i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment, to see whether the P.T is completely cured or not and whether there is any remnant damage.
I to my patient with such pain, injection of Vitamin Bcomplex 1, 6, and 12. for 10 consecutive days, and to be continued one injection every week. Then slowly bring down the dose of the pain killers.
I also advise you to sit down while teaching for every 30 minutes for about 5 minutes, and in that time ask the students to teach or recitate the lesson. I hope you got my point.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken and sea foods, till you get complete relief. Thank you.
