I Have A Ringing In My Ears. What Could Cause This ?

My hands and arms are ALWAYS shaking, and it gets worse after i work out, and it is always noticable. lately i experience dizziness and i see spots when i stand up. sometimes I have a ringing in my ears. what could cause this?

hands and legs shaking means you are suffering from some weakness of the muscles. get it checked from neurologist. it may be early sign of the some muscular weakness disease
