Dark spots on the toes (palmar) side affecting two toes simultaneously could be due to some blunt trauma causing haematoma (blood clot). Blood vessels can weaken due to lupus. Corns is a possibility but rare cause they are of the same colour and wldny come up so acutely ( suddenly). Occasionally it clould be some unwanted growth. Also rule out diabetes and visit your Dermatologist asap

Hi,
One possibility is that you might have corns on both sites you mentioned. They are on the bottoms of your toes which are common site for corn.
Of course lupus to be ruled out.
