ive got a plate and screws in my hand and they are grinding it hurts is this normal

Hi,thanks for query.What I understand is that you had plate and screw in your hand and it is hurting you.they must have been inserted due to some bone fracture.If they are hurting you please visit your doctor.He may advised X ray and will see if they are causing any problem.
