i advise you to get checked by a physician personally as soon as possible. Such signs and symptoms have various causes.A few of them could be haemetemesis due to GIT causes or raised ICT due to recent trauma. Good Luck!!!

There may be many causes of your symptoms like hemetemesis (blood in vomit), raised intracranial pressure, iron tablets overdose etc. Were you on OCPs, or pregnant. A number of factors need to be taken into account. You need a visit to hospital Emergency Department ASAP.
