I Have Headache For The Last 1 Year Continuously, What Could Be The Reason ?
Hi, I am Karthik working in IT Company, I have headache for the last 1 year continuously. Have undergone few treatments but it is not get resolved. Symptoms which I had, pain in top area of the head kind of pressure which was comparatively high when I wake ups in the morning. Please help me

Dear Kartik,I hope you had your blood pressure checked.In today's era of stress there could be reason like stress,mental fatigue,computer vision syndrome are some of the common cause of headache.Especially in people with job profile like you.Please look for any of this.I hope you will fine a solution.Please avoid too much of tea/coffee,take adequate sleep,measure your blood pressure and take frequent breaks while working on computer.bye and take care.

The common causes for CDH is either migraine or tension type headache or combination of migraine and tension type headache. A good history will solve your problem. So meet a neurologist or a physician and get your self treated as early as possible. Bye

it might be due to working countineusly long time in computers or you are streesed with your work. tell me if you have any particular timing of headache and what is the side of headache it is right or left.you feel any type of nausea during headache.go for eye check up
