Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i am male 23,i have a painless lump on my left inner thigh and sometimes not so often i have slight weak persisting pain indicating from my hip posteriorly, lateral knee region and sometimes tingling pain/weakness on my leg that i have to stop and sit
If the lump is soft and mobile...it could be a lipoma, which is a minor swelling consisting of fat cells...nothing to worry about that. If you feel that it is causing pain, U can get it removed, it will be a very minor surgery. If it is hard, then better get an opinion of a general surgeon...
Hey Anonymous, First of all you made a good move to take opinion about your health problems from doctors through Health care magic. Coming to your question I think at your age and location of the lump it should be a simple Lipoma which is other than cosmetic problems its nothing to worry but I need to know more about it like how big is the lump, is it increasing in size, when you feel it is it rubber in consistency. If you could answer me these I could come to a right conclusion. About your weakness and pain question try to frequently change position, follow a simple daily exercise regimen and you should be OK.
Please lemme know if you have any other concern.
