I have mild pain near the pelvic region while discharging urine.what should i do? is there anything to worry about?

Is it pain whale urinating? or is it Pelvic pain? There could be Urinary tract Infection. There could be other causes like Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, endometriosis, myomas.
Get these tests done and intimate us: Urine analysis and culture, Gonorrheal and Chlamydia test, Pap smear and Ultrasound abdomen and Pelvis
