I have severe pain in all joints of body. I have pain in muscles also. Our family physician doubted about deficiency of Vitamin-D, Magnesium, and Rh factor. But everything is normal. One orthopaedic prescribed me with Vitamin B-6 and Physio (electro) therapy. But not much of use. This helped me for soothing my shoulder and neck muscles. But now all joints and muscles in body are paining. I am 42 years old. My job is related to sitting 9 hours in front of computer. I do yoga or dance with meditation aleast 4 times a week. Kindly help.
