I Have Sharp Pain On Right Side Of Navel Especially When Bending Over
I have sharp pain on right side of navel especially when bending over. I m past menopause, have had appendix removed decades ago. Pain is sharp and intense when bending, milder otherwise. No other symptoms. No issues with bowel movements etc or other digestive symptoms. Feel quite well apart from the pain.

Your concern is appreciated, if it is the para umbilical pain then it could be due to hernia because it is the common condition seen in female, in differential diagnosis it could smooth muscle spasm in another word it could be colicky abdomen pain, it can be given try with Dicyclomine tablet three times in day, abdomen pain demands the investigation if does not comes around or symptoms does not improved and plain x-ray of abdomen is must, of course clinical examination also helps a lot, hope this information helps.
