I Have Shingles On My Left Breast Where My Bra Lays. What Could Be The Reason For This?

I am getting or have shingles on my left breast where my bra lays. I have pain across both shoulder blades, but more painful on left blade. Are shingles catching and what holistic meds do I take for this?

Hi.. Shingles can be treated with pain killers and antiviral medications may be needed.. The antiviral treatment if started earlies would be good and ideal. These medications are not available over the counter and need prescriptions, hence consult your doctor..
