I Have Sores In My Mouth And My Throat Feels Like Its Closing Up

I have one sore on the top of my lip, and one on the bottom. I also have a couple of them on my tounge and through out my mouth. My lymph noydes have knots , and my throt is not sore or anything. My throt feels like its closing up, and now my tounge us very swollen.

Hi Chaleena,

These sores can be due to lack of vitamins and stress. Please, drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and also take Vitamin B-complex capsules. If available, you can try applying orrepaste or dentogel over the sores.
