I encounter frequent headache and take disprin for quick relief. The frequency is around 3-4 tabs per month. Will it have any side affects on my health?

Aspirin will not cause side effects if taken only at 4 tabs per month. The usual signs that should warn you against the use of it are vomiting, bleed in the vomitus, ringing in the ear.
