Ive never had sleeping issues... but for the past few nights it's taking me hours to fall asleep, and ill wake up rather early... a lot earlier than i need to (this morning it was 4:45 am) and have trouble going back to sleep (i didnt fall back asleep until 6:30-7). I'm not sure whats going on, but it's getting rather frustrating. I'm used to laying down and being asleep within 20 minutes or so.
Mind relaxing yogic asanas like Bhramari, Sheetali and shitkari may be helpfull to you.
Tablet Brahmi vati (plain) 1 tab twice daily with milk should be taken.
Have curd with your meal.
Time of sleep should be fixed. Try to detach from day time thoughts during sleep.
