Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

Well, that happens to quite a few people who are a little conscious about their body. It would be much more helpful if you can provide further details into your problem. But as far as the information goes, it is okay to be reading labels and be aware of what you are eating until and unless it doesn't become too much like an obsession or constant preoccupation and impairs your daily activities. But you have mentioned that you are skipping meals and that is something which is a little bothersome and i would like to just say a sentence that as far as one is eating healthy meals with a good amount of exercise, it is okay. If you are loosing weight and the preoccupation is becoming more by the days, then is time for you to knock on the doors of a Psychiatrist.

Hope i have helped you in some way.

Good luck and good healthy eating.

Dr.Narendra.
